@FRANKIE, I'm sad to see the end out that part of your journey but I'm certain there's a lot more to come in the future including a smashing vid of you doing donuts grinning from ear to ear. Don't forget that little M44 that brought you here make sure it gets a good airing every so often. I'm really happy for you!! JIM
 
This is an absolutely brilliant thread. I've enjoyed following your adventures @FRANKIE & @miller1098, lets hope the opportunity comes up again for two forum members to have a great trip together.:thumbsup:

I think there will be a few write ups this year, quite a few doing Euro Cruises but none of them will beat an epic transatlantic trip like this. Just goes to show this is not a forum but a true community
 
Spot on Bill. I can't imagine another forum or club or whatever where this could/would happen,to get most of it on video is just the icing on the cake in my view.:)

It's just the size of the sky, silly as that sounds, that is so amazing. Oh, and the blue skies too. One day we're hoping to do Route 66, my mate wants to do that on a bike, I'm no biker though.

You know what that was what we talked about before this.Now I'm not so sure it's such a good idea.soft top car is the way to go
 
I will let you know soon Hugh, we've avoided a soft top just because of the sun effect, mainly they come out in the evening in and around Orlando. However we have to leave our villa after 2 weeks as we have a let for the last week of our holiday so we've rented a villa from someone we know and decided to push the boat out and have a Mustang.:D

ps. The boss at work can't get his head round why you would want AC fitted in a Z Roadster, and he's a skin head, if you know what I mean(said the man with a sun roof)=))

You can always use this house as a base or a jumping off place. Two extra bedrooms and an "L" shaped sofa,(enough for 2). Frankie
 
We would be happily driving along and it was as though something along side us in the desert ,drive as fast as we could we couldn't shake them like ghost riders.......That's what we told the police anyway,didn't do any good:)
