It was lovely to meet you to Tony. Thanks for the great hospitality and I'll definitely be coming sometime soon to another event - hopefully the one in September!

Now I've only been home a couple of hours and I'm having trouble remembering names and since I haven't been on the forum for very long either I can't remember forum names either so if I have forgotten to mention you please do not take it personally.

@Low Rider Lovely meeting you today - made me feel very welcome and I appreciate that.

@Sean d Loved your car mate, the colour was very, very unique albeit not a factory finish. ;)

@BMBabe - thanks for the insurance tips - will give Henry a call tomorrow and see what he says :)

@Antm72 Very good talking to you today pal.

P.S. Who's the bloke with the Atlantic Blue Z3 Reg Ending in TKR? - I'm very bad with learning names. I'll post a pic of his car below.

It was good to me you today pal, good luck with your Z

How did the truck job go mate?

Tony.

Hey Tony, who was the guy in the Bertini, he followed me all the way to Lincoln and turned off down Doddington road, nice chap, we had a bit of banter at 80 mph, then I was so busy waving to him that I nearly hit the car in front of us at the roundabout

Thanks again to everyone for a great day as always and special thanks to @Brian H for giving me a couple of brake carrier bolts. Here's a few pics

I'm purely guessing it was Anthony Cherry mate, the guy who designed and made the kits. @Rha Roy will know.

Tony.

Great people, cars, location and organisation. Thanks to everyone for making the event so memorable. Great to catch up with members from the Lakes tour earlier this year as well as meeting new members.
Travelled part way home with @Eddie Zedder . think we will both be cleaning the inside of our Z's for the next month...got caught behind harvester and tractor throwing up dust as far as the eye could see.
Great photos from all

Really enjoyed today. Bit disappointed at 50+ not showing up tho.
Thanks to @Mac27040 for allowing us back to the mill again, Gail for the cakey it was lovely, Shirl for feeding me, Ant for giving me a bit of polish on arrival to get shot of the dead bugs and my grumpy snap box!! Love it mate!
Nice to meet some new faces. @Faheem @Sean d @MrsD @N4LLY @Brian H @Stevo7682 to name a few and of course the usual crowd. Always a pleasure. Here's to the next one!!

Sorry but it wasn't Anthony Cherry he was unable to make the meet. I did speak with the Bertini owner but can't remember his name, with luck he'll see this and answer.
Rha, Roy.

I'll repeat the same, thanks to everyone involved in organising. We had a great day, myself and the Mrs made to feel very welcome!
We were the only ones sporting a hardtop
Only got chatting with a few of you as once we start it's hard to stop haha.
Big thanks to @Stevo7682 and @Sean d for putting the 'mot fracture' saga to rest! Made fishtailing it out onto the main road alot more relaxing :thumbsup:
Thanks @t-tony for the number plate bracket.
Oh and thanks to those of you showing interest in the stone guards! Nice to see them proudly on their cars :D

Hi @Sean d if I include @Anthony Cherry in this post he may get back to you with info on this Bertini owner.
Roy.

A big thank you to @Mac27040 for an absolutely great time and to all that helped arrange the day, we thoroughly enjoyed it, catching up with old friends and meeting new ones, really good turnout too!! Water Mill was very interesting, makes you wonder why they have not harnessed power in the same way in today's world!!

Here are our pics, we don't have many, as like most of you, we spent most of our time talking!
Not quite sure why Marc wanted us to park in this way, but it was quite effective!

All in all a really good day, roll on our next one at t-tony's on 11th Sept.

Mike & Sandy

Thank you Roy.
