Write Up Yorkshire Meet 6/12/15

We arrived home 20min ago, had a great day , nice to meet everyone again, big thanks to new boy racer Dave for his warning of that speed camera unit on the stokesley rd, almost certainly saved me some grief, cheers bud,
Pity it was spoiled a bit for me really enjoying mi fish till that bit of batter or sommat stuck in the roof of mi mouth, forming a bloody great blister an almost makin me sick, an sick that I couldnt eat the rest of mi £15.lunch .

What a fantastic day !! Many thanks for a great day out spent in great company. Meet started with coffee and breakfast before we headed off to the first location in Helmsley
Here we meet newbie @dave griffiths and his son. Caused a bit of a clogged carpark in the town when we all arrived but short of a toilet stop we weren't there long.
On from there we drove on to Great Ayton where we stopped for coffee.
We headed from here off to Whitby Over the North Yorkshire Moors .....what a drive the roads where fantastic up over the top open and twisty with some steep hills the biggest a 1 in 10 !!! Steepest hill i've ever gone down.
A great December day well spent finished with great fish and chips at Trenchers in Whitby before we went our seperate ways.
220 miles door to door for me and again thanks Moz a well organised meet even with the u turns

Thanks every one for today,especially @TaffZee and @Morrice the martian.
You did a sterling job in the absence of the organizer
Some of the best roads I've been on in the U.K,
The car is absolutely ditched....but it was worth it
Followed Mozza for about the first 80 miles or so......i think he thought he was being chased by the worlds end on the twisties ....but I really enjoyed it,gave me a great buzz....Sara on the other hand was holding on for dear life....so was i at one point when we had a 4 wheel drift moment,thank Christ for traction control
I want to do it all over again.
Hope every one made it home safely and it was good to welcome our new member Dave (another one lol) and his young son.

I didn't have it the the car Tony,and we didn't have the roof down......cus i would have needed goggles on to protect my eyes from the spray off the road from Mozza's car
