Nice Pics - thanks for sharing, looked a good turn out too, and that fjord looked interesting - need to get some Zorg woolly hats made though, ;) Mozza flying the flag for the hardy topless again \:D/ \:D/

None of us could make our minds up about keeping the hood up or down early on as it was nice sunshine one minute and heavy showers the next so forgive us all for letting the side down. ;;)

Ok Ok we were all namby pamby's and didn't want to get our hair wet (if some of us had any that is) :))

Thanks for a good day Deano and Aceman, just a couple of photos from me. there were some very fancy looking cameras out there today so hopefully some 'arty' shots will be coming up here soon.

Plenty of :coffee :coffee :coffee for us John ,we got there first, when they had power.
:D :D :D :nearmiss)
moz :ymalien:

When we arrived at meet point ,fuel comp showed 30.8 mpg 56ml trip over woodhead rd/motorway.
When we arrived at finish point of cruise this had dropped to 21 mpg :nearmiss)
On arriving home after careful driving got it back up to 24.1.
Thats the worst consumption figures i`ve had over the last 13,000 mls.
But oh what fun :D :D :D

What a great day thanks to everyone involved in organizing it.
This was my first cruise and I had a blast chasing through the dales with a great crowd of people, can't wait for the next one

Looks like you had a good time. bloody work :-q I did 400 mile trip being on call, would normally relish that sort of miles in the Z but def not in my Astra Estate. Hope to make the next cruise.

Sure you weren't looking at the remaining distance display again Mozza? =))
Looks like a really good cruise, great photos. I would definitely of come if I weren't the other end of the UK. Lucky for me there was a cruise on down there so I didn't lose out :-bd

Thanks to Deano1712 for another top Yorkshire Cruise :-bd

Here's some of my pics, enjoy!

Meetup at Ferrybridge - note how shiny the cars are at the start:

Not the sunniest day of the year but at least we got the tops down for some of it:
IMG_7594.jpg

Deano's v8 beast looked and sounded the part:
IMG_7619.jpg

Then came the rain...
IMG_7642c.jpg

...so we kept a healthy distance because we wouldn't want any accidents would we :ymblushing:
IMG_7647.jpg

We found some snow...
IMG_7676.jpg

...and the skies were very menacing - we had some hail in my zed at one point #:-s
IMG_7688.jpg

Nice to see a z1 out to play :-bd
IMG_7692.jpg

...and a z4:
IMG_7695.jpg

The cars weren't so shiny at the end :((

Dirty dish on the beast
IMG_7743.jpg

...and my zed reminded me of BMW's art cars (albeit using muddy water instead of paint!)

Thanks again to Deano1712 for organising the day and to Aceman for leading our group (in spite of TomTom!)

The most alarming thing about this pic is that our group didn't stumble across that particular water feature - I think TomTom conspired against us in spite of Aceman & Pingu's best efforts

some great pics chap... ;)

i arrived at Ferrybridge just after you lot left....in my van :car)

Great day out - nice to catch up with some of the regulars, and meet some new faces too :D

Thanks Deano for organising another great Yorkshire cruise, you must run the one in July you mentioned B-)

Its taken me a while to post on this....here are a few pics I took. I didnt manage any 'action' shots since was busy driving and trying to keep the car on the road! My mate Dave took a few videos but they didnt work out well enough to post. #-o

Thanks to all those who came. I had a fun day - Hope you all did. I will run another cruise in the summer in the Dales.

My car managed just 15 mpg which is the worst for a while and worrying considering it was wet for half the run and I couldnt put much power down. :-? I had a few problems with tyre rubbing and clutch so car is off the road now for upgrades!

See you all again soon.
Cheers,
Mark
