Yes I remember the program, I'm old enough.
Hilda Baker was brilliant always using the wrong words or words very similar to the right ones. Maxine does exactly the same. Very funny.

Maxine is younger than you and she dismembers it!
To young but love the older comedy. Classic stuff.
She was also funny for what she didn't say, just her facial expression was enough. Walter always made me laugh, much like Jacko from Love thy Neighbour.
