There's quite a difference in power and tech between the coupe and roadie. The roadie will be an M54 if its a 2003 and the coupe will be a 2006 at the earliest. The Si range has alot more hiding underneath you'll be surprised, I know a guy looking to sell his 2007 SI roadie if you want the best of both worlds, but the coupe looks much better

Yeah know the differences between the 2 engines, coupe would be better for me due to lack of having a garage! What's the roadster in question anyway? Always open to good suggestions

You also get that 6th gear with the Si which sits you near the 40mpg on a long run. I could only achieve 37 at best on cruise. I’ll PM you his details.

That's why I am a bit hesitant going back to 2.5, missing the 6th gear!
