Hi all,

We are starting to assemble at the hotel, so here are some piccies. Unfortunately it's raining, but a few pints will make that irrelevant.

About 10 cars here already, couple of Z4's plenty of Z3's and even a Z3 Coupe :D

Quick update...

I haven't been on a cruise with such diversity of Zeds. Green for once the most popular colour, with 4 in total. No yellow, and only one silver. What is the world coming to! Weather has been as good as it could have been with intermittent rain, but enough time to lower the hoods as well. Bloody good day all round!

Here's some of the cars at the coffee break...

What a traffic jam consisting of too many Zeds on a country lane looks like. ~x(

Don't make any loud noises, the natives look pretty mean. :-ss

Winner of the draw for a set of Silverstone Classic tickets provided by Westerly BMW. This is one of the sales guy (right) and his partner who joined us for the day on his first car club cruise. Poor sod had to use his company Z4 for the day!

Winner of "who traveled the furthest" prize, again provided by Westerly BMW - 358 miles each way! I think the EAC may recognise this couple?

Again, just to say a huge thanks to Duncan, Hazel and Gaz for such a well planned, enjoyable weekend - along with a great bunch of ZedFiends!

Heather and I had a great time and, sprints and hillclimbs permitting, hope to take in a few more cruises.

Did someone say there was a speed limit over Exmoor?

If anyone's interested, I've posted a separate topic about where the first few events I'm entering take place.

Happy motoring
