What can I say other than a superb weekend with great peeps and absolutely stunning drives for both days. Roof down for 100% on both days whilst on the move, which was nice. Not the best start for me as Bella was in the garage so took my bike down to lead the group as the show must go on. No sooner had I got there I had a call to say Bella was fixed ....... 🚀 on the way home to pick up Bella and ....... 🚀 on the way back in Bella though dirtier than she's even been post a previous run to Durham and back in the rain a few days before.

Day 1. Set off without realising I'd selected the wrong day on my SatNav and lost @Nodzed and Ali for a bit  All caught up in short order. The usual great drive over Hardknott etc :scorecard:

Day 2. The best Lakes Tour yet, just sublime. The Newlands Valley is simply stunning. Great stops and pubs. See you next time.

Bit wet this morning hopefully dry out by ETD. At least the cars are undercover.

Made the start of the run today great drive following Lake Windemere before tackling the Kirkstone pass. A pleasant less challenging route than some but fantastic scenery and still a great drivers road. Some pictures taken at the Kirkstone Inn which was unfortunaely closed but they left access to 1 toilet so a cue soon formed.

Great line up of Zeds, as buses are few and far between plenty of time to park up to use the solitary toilet

One very brave recovery chappie taking a right off the Struggle to the Kirkstone pass

Thanks for organising a great weekend Andy, you even got the weather right. After a terrible drive up, the trip home was perfect, about 4 hours. I think everyone was at home watching some football match.
No great photos to add but here are a few from the hill oposite the hotel, in the last one Scafell Pike is just visible in the mist

Thanks mate and my pleasure 😊

Just got back home after extending our stay after Andy's Lakes Tours. As has already been said a superb weekend of Zedding fun, great company, weather and (even if we did do them in the wrong order) routes. Day 2 round The Newlands Valley was simply stunning. In fact it was so good @Mrs Mint and I went and did that bit again as part of my birthday drive.
Thanks Andy for all your hard work organising the days , really appreciate it.
We completed over 750 top down miles over the 6 days. I'll put some pics up later, after a recovery nap.....or two ;)
