Write Up Tales from the River Bank (a day out in Welsh Wales)

The sun was shining so we though why not. Me and @Low Rider headed for Welsh Wales and found a new road with a stream that as it turns out was the River Usk not far from its source (its a bit bigger in Usk). So I thought that looks like a great place to take some photos for the forum, so here they are, hope you like them, they came at a price as not everything went to plan
But I'll let Steve tell the full tale as I believe he has the evidence and loads more photos to add.

Niall we have an excellent day. Many thanks for the photo opportunity and some awesome driving roads.

I arrived home and the first job was to get the hose and bucket out to treat the old girl to a clean.

Personally I think Wales takes some beating for great roads and scenery.
Me and and Sara just had a little ride into Derbyshire for a few hours this afto.

Niall had an issue recovering his Z3M from the river side as you can see from image 9 of Nialls photos.

I'm not sure where we were Niall was my cruise master. The images don't really do justice to the landscape.

breakfast.....!!!!! i was still tucked up in bed then...hehe... not good on early mornings... nah serioulsy we went in the afternoon about 2:00 had a look around abergavenny. and a mosey about the area and up to blaenavon the keepers with my quadcopters... did quite a few miles last week 3 trips to bristol moving my son was enough so we just stayed local... i had the normal rant about abertillery sunday night too so had a quiet sunday... may get out in the Zed this weekend though hopefully.... dunno where yet though....

I think elan valley may be calling though.. not been up there for a while...

On the road from Trecastle that passes Usk Reservoir, it comes out on the Llangadog / Upper Brynamman mountain road, the area is call Church of the Mountain apparently, I have no idea how to pronounce it in Welsh
