So following my little sideways incident yesterday on the way home from golf where I blew out both nearside tyres - I needed to get out for a more enjoyable road trip experience.

So ha ing took the dogs for their morning walk early I jumped in T515 BJB before the Mrs and Kids awoke.

55 miles and 90 minutes later I was back home from the Peaks and all was right with the world and more importantly my appreciation of what this car provides - even better I've found the perfect coffee mug for the perfect cup holder solution.

Wow, both tyres blown ! Sounds nasty, what happened ?
Essentially a combination of my poor driving skills, a wet road and an over enthusiastic right foot in to a left hand bend. 360 degrees later I'm facing in the intended direction of travel but on grass instead of tarmac with both tyres blown out

You and me both - had the tyres refitted and resealed and fortunately the inspection conirmed no damage to the underside. Just to make sure I took it for a good run this morning and have it booked in for a full service tomorrow.

Lesson learned - until next time 🤣

On a positive note it gave me an excuse to remove the locking wheel bolts which I've been meaning to do - I also found out the original spare wheel was worthless so have replaced with a new one.
