Today we had a nightmare drive upto Wetherby to meet with @MAURICE THE MARTIAN and Andrea enroute to the Lakes.
We left Wetherby in glorious sunshine before heading upto Middleton by Teesside to meet with a member off the Z4 forum. We then drove upto Alston and onto Hartside for a stop.
Then the heavens opened and was top up all the way to St Bees on the Cumbria coast.
Only the one pic from me at the Hotel.
No doubt Mozz will be along to comment and probably post any pics.

" An absolute mental run" Why's that boys did the weather hold you up and you couldn't get a tidy pace on?

Brian I don't think many drivers could of lived with the pace we did today. Was a lot quicker ran last Sunday and that at times was mental

Broke my car again after the Peaks!! On way back I had the engine management light on all the way home,:( Checked out the lambda
sensor blew probably due to the drive through the ford the garage said! :bashhead:

That's not good Brian. Must of been on its way out or more cars would of suffered

That view is atunning. Shame you didn't get the weather for it. Been working up the Lakes every Monday and Tuesday for the last 4 months and it often rains. But as the locals will tell you.........no rain no lakes!

Well today we took in the Honister and Kirkstone Passes
