Write Up Picturesque Derbyshire - 24th April 2016

I don't know, last seen with the mints but their a dodgy pair so anything could have happened!
Just heard on the telegraph that he's safe and accounted for.
I think to be fair, the Mints looked after him very well, took him out to new places regularly and even amended his clothing to prevent embarrassment.

Well I would like to thank everyone for attending - and also notify that was unable to attend. As you all know @Mac Romans and Myself took a risk from regarding the catering company. And having 98% attendance - we knew it will be great day.

I can thank enough the kind words about the event - and really pleased its every one enjoyed the event. Also we had some long distance guests - and appreciate you travelling such a long distance to attend.

So thanks again - for everyone who assisted on this project - and even though we are relative new to the group - how welcoming you have been.

And the banter in our group was fun - with the Big boys and the 3 lts.

We might arrange one for next year - you never know -(but we have leaned a few lessons from today)

I've just about settled down now after a great day. I could bang on for ages about all the things I've enjoyed and how grateful I am to everyone but I won't. I'll keep it brief and just say a massive thank you to every one who took the time to join us today to make the day what it was.

Well, not much to say that hasn't already been said. My thanks have to go to @Mac Romans & @Twin Turbo for organising a superb event:thumbsup:. If anything went wrong it didn't show. So Guys....now relax;) Thanks to @Bozzy for leading and @Grumpy for being sweeper on the first stage. As always it was good to see old [in both senses of the word] Zed friends and make some new ones. The weather didn't quite play ball all day but most of the cruise was top down. Had to put the top up with 8 miles to home:(. See some of you at Duxford next week, others on @Andy McDonnell's Lakes Cruise in two weeks.:D

Well I must appologies to everyone about my miss information about my wee 2 ltr - I think you can say it is worthy to be in the fast group. I hope the roads we used, were entertaining and challenging for everyone.

Fastest "2ltr" I've ever seen - mainly from a distance !! Some amazing roads and combined with the speeds I am happy to say I felt like me and the car were suitably challenged with a couple of little slippery back end moments :ymdevil::nailbiting:

Video now removed
