Write Up New Forest Cruise 10-5-2015

Looks like a great time was had by all. Congratulations Paul on what appears to have been a cracking day. We will be coming next year if you run it again.

The driver of the i8 was probably the most excited of them all!
Was this the i8 you saw Gaz? We saw this a few weeks ago in Lyndhurst.

Hope to see you all soon
Gary & Ann

I have just sent a load of vids to @GazHyde of the day some are hilarious!!! =)) I just hope he can work his magic to show @pgunter and the crew and everyone who couldn't make it how much fun we had :D:D:D

Nice to see people enjoyed the day. I will try and make it better next year if that's possible. As to the next one, well I am going to try and sort a run out across the top of Hampshire through into West Sussex and Ending up maybe down on the coast. Planned date will be end of August or September to get some beautiful autumnal colours against the great colours of our Zeds. Hope to see you all again very soon.

Just got back home late tonight.
Well, what can I say? Great weekend and an excellent day out organized by Mr. @pgunter.......:beer
It was great to meet all you people who make this forum what it is, a great place to hang out and to share tips and trips, as that is what this forum is all about.
We had a rental car from Southampton airport and were very embarrassed, so took up rearguard sweeper position behind group 2.
As @Nifty Fifty posted, we nearly did a @swamper on him when pulling out of a pub car park onto a bi*** of a main road and you could just about get a cigarette paper between our front bumper and his rear bumper, that is what you call 'squeaky bum time'..:wideyed:

When it looked like my Dutch mate Rob was doing OK driving, I jumped over into @GazHyde car and later @David car to get my Z fix, thank's chaps.......

We sadly had to leave just before the end of the cruze due to commitments and dinner with a bunch of friends I had not seen for a long time, so we went back to our lodgings to clean up and while I was in the shower, my mate Rob decided to have a quick nap.

I could not wake the b*****d up........
