As the sun was out there was a last minute (this morning) decision to go for a quick run out for lunch. Decide to go on one of my previous routes up to the Peak View Tea Rooms. So a quick clean of the windscreen and we were off.;) A meandering route via Rocester, Winkhill, to the Peaks then across to Alstonefield, over to the Winking Man PH and on to the Cat & Fiddle road. After lunch it was down to Denstone for coffee and cake via some of my favourite roads. 120 top down miles in the bag:thumbsup:.

So that's where the sun was hiding today eh? Some nice views there Dave, thank you for sharing mate.

Tony.

Happy days mate. After a week in Somerset I shall be on it on Saturday

Amazing that cars mileage is now over 200k, even more impressive with the way you drive it at times. :coolsteer)

Great pics @Mint - whereabouts is the last one taken? The one where the Z is sitting under the arch. Thanks for sharing these Dave. Looks a superb run.

I would just like to second Peak View Tea Rooms, we have been many times and had very enjoyable meals

It also provides great Gluten Free meals , much to my wife's delight.

Just need to remember it is closed Monday & Tuesday,

...whereabouts is the last one taken? The one where the Z is sitting under the arch...
Dawn, it was just outside Denstone on the B5032.
