Waiting to depart Greenwich,

Here are some pics of The LtoB which I managed to get before my phone battery gave up the ghost.
Nine Zs took off at the same time from Greenwich Park at around 0850 only separated by pic photographer's 10sec each, so we really did get away together if you consider the last Z in the early group was about 1.5min behind first. I navigated and was feeling quite bilious by the time we got to first stop, however by not going on the visit to Saint Hill Manor we arrived in Brighton the first Z at 12.30pm. The Marshalls knew exactly where we were to park up so my son Lee and I sat and waited for more Zs to arrive, parking was limited at first until the Marshalls realised we were into double figures and decided to park us both sides of the entrance road being the first cars visitors would pass on there way up Madia Drive. Then the last when leaving. Result maybe.

My next daily driver.

The first arrivals parked up on left with only enough room for about nine.
Then my phone battery let go while phoning the wife, son has some pics so maybe if any good I'll post later. Rha, Roy.

It was a great drive. Nice to catch up with some of you guys. Would have been cool to chat to more of you but by the time they finally served me my fish and chips most of you guys had headed off. (Should have got a take away) it was nice to see the red m coupe. Very cool. I hope you like your rear brace Dino. Let me know when you want to meet up to pick up yours Roy :-)

Hi all, it's grant with the red m coupe. Just wanted thank you all for letting me tag along. I felt like a little loner till I was in your convey :-) I will speak to Ian over on z3m coupe site, as will Duncan. Be good to see you again soon. Hopefully the weather will be less 'british'

Thanks again!!!

Got back 30mins ago
knackered!! About 350 zed miles today:)
Will see if I can put a couple of pics tomorrow
Won't be as good as Bazzas though ,
Well done mate weather wasn't as bad as it
Looked like it was going either!
Good to meet some new faces and cars even though
It didn't seem long at the stops;)
Cheers Brian

So left the house at 7:30am and walked in the door at 19:30.
Great day for me and especially our eldest son who's only 6.
I'm exhausted and have a headache no doubt from the craziness that is the Brighton Pier. The cars were music though!
Oh and the sun made an appearance when we stopped at Clackett lane services on the way BACK home!!!

It was great to meet everybody and some first class navigating was done, never lost once over a challenging route littered with Sunday traffic, cyclists, horses and the odd smokey classic car!

07:30 Could hear the rain last night, at least I get to show off my 'beading':

Once again great to meet everybody, so welcoming and friendly.

Hope you all had/will have safe trips back to home to the corners of the country (literally)!

Great pics Dino

Wow, what a great line up and top notch cohort of Zeds to ice the cake. Wish I could have made this one, and am so jealous of you all.

Wish I could have made this one
Hey mate you do work miracles but even you couldn't be in two places at the same time.;)

Tony.

Oh so great for those that participated and made such wonderful memories. @Dino D what an experience for a six year old. My boys always went on our runs with us from the day they were born and one just turned 40 on may 30 the other 34 may 31 and they both love cars and recall details of runs even I don't recall. Must have been a long day for the boy but he'll never forget even the smallest details!! Thanks all for the great pics!! JIM

Well I missed out on this one.. Maybe next year.. Looks like you all had a great time and some great photographs. :-)

Wow @brilie looks like you took my advice and took your cleaning kit looking at the picture of your car Dino took!
Pleased everyone had a cracking day, shame weather couldn't have been kinder but nowt anyone could do about that one.
