Me and @Mint @Mrs Mint have arrived. The sun is currently out after what only can be described as being a tad wet even by Cumbrian standards. :cool:

A superb weekend in the Lakes and North Yorkshire Dales, roof down 100% of both days with sun glasses required for day 2 in the Lakes :oops:

Nice to have met @Paul&Di and Wendi, a small but perfectly formed group of 6 cars on day one and 5 cars on day 2. Glad you all had a good time and see you next time :thumbsup:

Sadly @Mrs Mint was tom and dick on day two so stayed in bed. Or was she :whistle: Pauline did pull the passenger door handle off the newly refurbished 2.2 :oops:

Nice - cant beat a Ribblehead picture :thumbsup: Looks lie a great tour guys, taking in some wonderful countryside.

Was at the Fat Lamd the other week, with a group, weather was a tad better too :cool:

We dodged a bullet on the weather, biblical on Friday but only a few light showers on Saturday and nothing Sunday. It's a great route 👌
 
Yet another superb weekend up on Andy's Lakes & Dales Tour. A very wet drive up on Friday but then the weather Gods took pity on us and played ball all weekend with just a few showers on Saturday to avoid. Great to meet up with old and make some new friends. @Paul&Di, Pauline had a pretty bad migraine so did not get a very good nights sleep. She was much better after a good sleep then a walk out and joined us for tea.
So, a great weekend with great roads, great weather and great company. Thanks Andy for organising...roll on the next one.

En-route home, as the weather was so good we got off the M6 and came home over the Peaks so I could try out the Zed on roads I know pretty well:whistle::whistle:. Excellent.
