Write Up In The Peaks... Again

Had a very enjoyable tootle around some of my favourite roads in the Peaks today. My Z3 found an M3 to play withwhile @Jjim and I had a chat. We met at Carsington Water then had a leisurely drive over towards Macclesfield Forest area for a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately we had to put the roofs up for about 20 mins before we stopped but after that it was roof down all the way. Then back over to Monyash for a coffee and cake. A great socially distanced day and another 150 odd miles on the clock. Some pics...

Was a great drive out on some amazing roads

The sun even put in an appearance

Back home, washed and cleaned

I could even hear it over my 2.2 burbling, sounded great especially in the tunnel

195,000 and counting now Ken, and yes the 3.0 is still currently SORNed. As you say keeping the miles down.
