Great photos daz,

I even gave the car a clean on the start/finish line!!!

:D

Great pictures everyone :ymhug: I've been chuffed seeing the ones of my Z3 being driven round the track by my mate. Missed out on that during the day when we all got seperated for the lap!

BMG, where you really cleaning your car mats? :p

What a fabulous day. The trouble was it all went so quickly.

I spoke to lots of people early on but as the day went on it became more difficult due to the vast numbers of people that were there. When I arrived there was no more than 15 cars in total. It was a happy little group and we just chatted, but the cars just kept coming and coming!

As the day went on I saw several motors that I recognised from the site but the owners were either chatting or not there as we went by, so sorry if we didn't meet. I had my wife and youngest daughter with me and the tolerance of chatting cars only goes so far!

After the utter disappointment of the lunch time parade (for the "8's) we eventually got onto the track late Saturday evening and that was sooooo much more fun than I'd expected. We queued for what seemed forever and were placed behind the Cobras, but I have to say it was great fun. We had the opportunity to open the throttle a time or two and played with our Ford powered friends. I have to say the "8'S" more than held there own (they'd probably tell a different story though).

Fabulous pictures and an amazing turnout of immaculate cars. The condition of those "3's" was a credit to their owners. They looked new. But the most astounding thing was the number of '1"s" wherever did they come from? Whoever rallied those troops did a wonderful job.

Great Day!

Credit to all who took part.

:-)

I waited until all the Cobras passed - a nice surprise to see the Z8s at the end ..

There were sadly only three of us at the end. Andy Chisholm (OL Z8) managed to get a run out on the main parade and four never went out at all. The black car had come all the way from Germany for the day. A shame, but that's life!

Great pic. My daughter was the passenger and she loved it.

They stayed at the Horwood Hotel, so a few of us managed to have a chat with him and his son who came in a Z3. Both lovely cars and really nice friendly people! Was a real shame he wasn't allowed on the track after making the huge effort to come over...
