Firstly thank you for all coming. It was a great day even though it was raining. I hope you all enjoyed looking around the complex at Tedworth House. It’s an amazing place. If I organise this for next year I hope we can get some summer sun.

A few photos from myself,

Caption ... god why did I organise this

Some great pictures there. Shame about the weather though.

Post edited due to my poor attempt at humour.

A very humbling day, thanks for organising Paul and hats off to everyone for going that extra mile in the rain.

1 x PTSD sufferer and his 'collateral damage girls'. The older daughter came out with me and talked for England and was beeming from ear to ear all the way and the youngster took some coaxing but eventually went out. Bless them (an mum) :(

@Andy McDonnell That really sums up what the day was about. Giving something back to make someone else's day that bit better. @Mr C had a similar discussion with a passenger too. Really does hit home when you see it first hand. Its not just the veterans but also the families that have so much on their shoulders. A debt we all have to pay back in some way. I hope today goes a tiny way just to show.. you are not alone. Does put a lump in your throat and an anger in your stomach when you realise how little appreciation they do get. Roll on the next one. and I will be also trying to organise something with Blesma too. Two Charities I think should get more support. Unlike the R B L. who have huge overheads, these guys give back so much more.

Thank you all once again.

A real shame that the weather decided to break just before the day Paul, but looks like you've had a great successful day with a brilliant show from the guys. Well done everyone

Thanks Paul for a great day, unbelievable that the kids were happy to go out with roof down in the rain and just listening to their stories really left a lump in you throat. An amazing place and some really fantastic facilities.
Happy to do this next year whatever the weather.
Some great photos being posted and I think it summed up what a great day we all had.

I can only say it was a real shame the weather couldn't hold out for one more day Paul, but you all did an amazing job today showing the gratitude we all feel for the sacrifices made by forces personnel and their families.

Tony.

Well done for organising Paul, frustrated to have missed it and it certainly puts my dodgy back in to perspective with what others have been through. Looks to have been a humbling experience, and hope this write up helps to highlight the crucial work carried out by H4H

Thank you @pgunter for organising the day.
It was a very humbling experience and one I was glad I took part in. The two guys that came out with me said more than I was expecting and opened my eyes (and ears) to the sort of experiences these guys go through before and after their injuries - quite incredible.

The words written below summed it up for me, this should also hang above the doors into the house of commons for our politicians to read every time they enter!

Thank you Paul for putting together a great event. Amazing location, good food, great entertainment and all for a good cause.
And thanks to ZTec for helping with my car!
Some of the stories told by the attendees and staff were very humbling and put my issues into perspective!

Thanks to Paul for a great day ,the rain didn't dampen our spirits and if even in a small way we give something back to those who have served then that's all we want ... all so hats off to all the staff that work for Help For Hero's they do an incredible job with little praise and for making us feel so welcome.... hopefully do it again next year ,
