Bit misty first thing but the forecast said it would brighten up. So, roof down and off we went on our normal run up into the Peak District on very quiet roads. The roads were still very damp and only just above freezing so no hooning today. Up to Onecote then Longnor, Brierlow Bar, Millers Dale and stopped at Middleton Stoney for lunch. Back via Hassop, Ashford in the Water, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. A great winters day drive with blue cloudless skies and another 100 miles in the bag.

The Zed needs another clean now but the hosepipe was frozen solid...........I'll do it another day:whistle:

Lucky fish ! I had Scotland earlier in the week, 530 miles in 2 days, plus 5l to fill the windscreen washer at Scotch Corner on the way home. I prefer your trip . . .

I can SEE the salt eating the paint in the daily driver . . .

530 in two days is good going Alex, but yes 100 miles in the Zed is better;)

Nice work there Dave , pleased you managed to get out, as someone has to do it

Did you have her sideways Dave? ;)

As I've said before Toby, "It's a hard job, but someone has to do it". I'll take the hit for the team:whistle:

...Did you have her sideways Dave?...
Nope, didn't loose traction at all today. My rears are almost finished so I was being careful, the DSC didn't even try to help either;)

Very nice - guess who else was at Millers Dale today?

Unfortunately in a very dirty EV rather than the Zed which is still on a SORN :bashhead:
