Write Up Derbyshire day out.

Any excuse for a trip out in the zed, so we had a drive around the Peak area . The morning took us through the White Peak via Dovedale to a lunch stop at the Cottage Kitchen, Winkhill. Then it was over past the Roaches to Flash, highest village in England, before crossing back through Crowdecote and Monyash to Baslow. Tried to get a photo of Monsall Dale, but there was a bloke standing in the way.

Unfortunately the sun didn't appear much until late afternoon so photo opportunities were limited, but it stayed dry!

Was like that here too Ken. Storm from 7.00am till about 10.00, rained till 2.00 then was beautiful cloudless sky till dark.

Really good day out Thanks Ken for being our guide around your back yard as ever you and Sharon great company, although over cast me and Jacquie really enjoyed the day. Always great to get out and about in gods second best effort.
