Spotted a couple of Zeds today. Recognised Brian and his M giving his all in very tricky conditions plus a coupe looking very quick at times.

Thanks to @Paul Rice for a day out today. Stopping me getting stir crazy at home.
The weather wasn't the best after the weekend but it dryed up in the afternoon as the laps got quicker as track dryed out.
Was nice to see @Brian H and watch his impressive driving skills on a wet track.
Unfortunate for a few, a few cars didn't leave as they arrived having met the armco :(
A few pictures from the day .....

This Coupe was on it all day some twitchy moments but high praise..

Another E46 had left the track earlier and that lost nearly ever panel bar one door had aqua planed at speed and the drive had become a passenger :(
Thanks again Paul

Looks like a good day. I bet there were quite a few who needed to change their pants =))

There where certainly a few twitchy back ends cars as well as human i suspect !!=))

What a top bloke Paul is for getting you out and about .
Some good pics there Ant :snaphappy:.

Good man Paul, this is what makes this forum so special. What a great set of friends:thumbsup:

Great pics Ant and well done @Brian H for keeping it on the black stuff. Cadwell is not very wide in some places:thumbsup:, must have been fun in the wet.

Met Brian at Zedfest last year. Proper nice bloke. Good to see you getting out mate.

Not many run off areas at all at Cadwell so you have to be precise in what you do.
A few members had paid for the day and not gone on the track it was pretty water logged in places.

Good to see some fellow Zorgsters today :), as mentioned, today was a bloomin tricky morning but the afternoon got really quite quick, my youngest son was with me on his first track day so had his eyes opened a little, today was really unusual with the amount of offs and crashes, I think in total we had 7 red flags

Today had a first for me also, I had a bracket break on me that holds the drivers side back box on, a hunt around the pits found no solutions so a trip out to Louth was needed. A temporary fix was applied and the day carried on without incident.

I'll sort some video out in the next day or so.

Glad you kept it shiny side up today in the wet Brian,as you say it must have been tricky.

Had a good day with good company, can highly recommend coming along to a Trackday, especially the BMWCC run ones.
Today was a bit exceptional with the weather having a major impact. These events are impeccably run with risk reduced to a minimum as said before its far riskier driving to the shops.

That red car needs some Eye brows ...................... ;)

Tony.

Glad you all had a good day :p
Lovely photos :)
