Nice turnout of Z3’s at Brooklands today. Nice to see @mwpe and to go up the test hill. I’ve not been to Brooklands for a few years, but happy to report it is better than ever. The new aircraft factory hanger is really good, with lots of interactive things to do with kids and even teenagers. Food was pretty good too.

I remember, many years ago now, watching an MG Magna going up test hill, so hard he left the track, all four wheels at once, at the top.

Not sure there was a silver 3.0. There were two silver 2.2’s and @mwpe in the black 3.0 auto. There were two 1.9’s (silver and blue) and then a blue 2.8 and red 2.8 coupe.

Yes I saw the 2.2s and two very early, 97s Z3s, I didn’t see the Z3 coup though.

The coupe was in the paddock area. It looked great. The owner was saying it was a Cat S car with front end damage that he had repaired himself.
