Air Con

Hi folks, currently enjoying the Z3 in France, done lots of miles but last couple of days too hot for top down and almost unbearable with lid up even with fans on full, windows open and extra fans bought to plug in....
Wondered has anyone fit after market air con, if so, by whom and roughly what cost....mine is the 2.8 engine. Any info greatly appreciated.

I don't think there would be any reason why you could not retrofit genuine are con kit from a scrapper.

Slam is right, scrappers is the best place for parts, otherwise it would be very expensive to source direct from the dealers. However, it is a lot of work, but not impossible if you have time, patience and are handy around a car.

@spurs fan in a coupe will be able to help he has a 2.8 with air con at the mo..
