Yep starting to feather off on the inside again mate.
They were fitted on the 4th of January last year, done about 11.5k miles, but they grip as well and provide enough feed back as they did from new, I rate them so I'll have the same again.

Oh yes sorry meant to add they're Hankook tyres.
Although worn on the insides, the rest of the tyre is very close to the wear markers.

Which model of Hankook are they mate please?. Mint said his have done 14,500 after the Silverstone day. I reckon those Goodyear F1 Eagles which were on my 108s when I bought them lasted about 15K.and they were almost new.

They're Hankook ventus V12, K120. Classed as a summer tyre but they perform very well on cold wet roads. Last year they cost £175 a pair, supplied and fitted (rears).

Maybe @Mint has slowed down a bit hence better tyre wear, he does nearly qualify for a bus pass you know =)).

Must have some serious toe out or camber issue.

Looks like a heavily stretched tyre that would wear in that area in fast cornering, the stretched side wall has lost its ability to flex which helps normal wheel/tyre fitment keep more of the tread in contact with the road giving what's considered normal wear so for me the stretch has a lot to answer for. IMO.

Hmmm it seems the price has shot up for the Hankooks now £115 each :arghh:.
The tyre guru chap said the K120's aren't available so it'll have to be K117's, don't know if there's any difference apart from price.
Booked in for tomorrow any way..
Next time all 4 will need replacing about the same time, so at that point I'll change to another brand.

I had a pair of tyres like that once. Only on one side of the car. Had to explain to the insurance assessor that they were perfect before and ended up like that because my car had been hit and then pushed 3/4 of a mile sideways on its side and then under the front of a lorry.
He was trying to suggest that he might not payout because the tyres weren’t roadworthy.
I politely suggested back that he might go and talk to the traffic cops that measured the tyre marks on the motorway.
