Write Up 150 Miles and 6 Hours Round, Through and Over the Lakes

Splendid. First proper run since the completion of Bella's surgery, runs like a dream . West Coast Road to South Lakes, over to Windermere, Grassmere, Ambleside and Keswick. A66 then off to Crummock Water, Buttermere and Honistor Pass back through Keswick then home .... . Via Halfords to get some Polar Blast Snowfoam. She's a tad dirty post a brutal but glorious day in the Lakes
