Anyone know what this bmw colour is

My rebody is still in gelcoat. When I go to get it painted I'd like a bmw colour and that one looks near to my gelcoat RAL7015

Is storm bay a metalic? I must confess that I didn't look too close when I took the photo but I didn't think it was metalic?

I am not fully sure, however the screenshot was taken straight from the listing so is probably correct, and its commonly the metallic paints that are the paid for options hence, this one costing £595 extra

AI also seems to very sure it is a metallic paint
