Write Up The ‘ultimate’ NC500 plus trip

Bit of hype maybe..

Having done the NC500 now over 10 times in various permutations this year we decided to really push the boat out.

A bit of artistic licence as we will start the trip outside the highlands but the scenery excuses that.

So around 1,000 miles over 5 days.

Day 1 Ayr to Invergarry
Day 2 Invergarry to Ullapool
Day 3 Ullapool to Thurso
Day 4 Thurso to Dornoch
Day 5 Dornoch to Spittal of Glenshee

Should have been 6 cars but one clash of diaries after the event and a person with non recovering medical issues means it’s 4 cars…3 E89s and a F-TYPE (formerly an owner of 2 35i E89s)..

Tomorrow position to Ayr for me…plus one from Durham and one from Shropshire

Car has been off the road for 4 months ..a BBK upgrade program that turned into a nightmare..sadly SWMBO has been very poorly so planned time on the Yellow Peril didn’t work out..

Car rolled for the first time today..
