New member. Just bought my first Z, but not my first BMW. I picked up an 06 Z4 3.0si roadster 6 speed manual with 46k miles on it as a weekend car. Car spent most of it's life in California, so it is rust and corrosion free and just about flawless! I've had it just over two months and I've already put more miles on it than the last owner did in the past six years! I live in East TN in the US so there's lots of mountain roads including the Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway and Foothills Parkway to name just a few. I was never a big convertible person, but fell in love with this car driving it through the mountains. I'm also a big M5 driver. I've had two M5s and currently have an f10 M5 Competition as my daily driver. Got a child started early when I picked up an 08 X5 3.0si for my teenager. My "M" addiction started with an e36 M3 coupe, then an e60 M5 and now my f10 M5. Next I will be replacing the f10 with an f90. I look forward to gaining more knowledge on all things Z.
